How do I know if MindFit Adventures is for me? 👉🏽
We’re particularly passionate about two things here at MindFit Adventures:
Saying a big ‘HECK YES’ to the things that scare you and feel a bit uncomfortable, and Saying a big ‘ HECK YES’ to the things that immediately grab your attention and light you up from the inside out.
If you feel either of these things after landing on our page, we’d say that you should definitely join us! Life’s too short to be held back by fear or procrastination - jump all in we say!

I can’t afford to pay the full fee up front. Do you offer payment plans? 👉🏽
We’re all about giving as many people access to our trips as possible so if money is an issue then contact us and we’ll try and work something out for you.
What’s included and not included in the cost? 👉🏽
Most things are covered in the cost! happy dance
Although every adventure is different and there may be some slight changes from trip to trip, generally, the only additional things you need to pay for are:
Your flights Travel insurance (we can suggest some affordable companies if you need help!) Transport to and from the accommodation, if you’re coming from somewhere other than the airport Your dinners (we will sometimes enjoy optional family dinners together as a group, for an additional cost) Any extras you choose to enjoy, like additional activities, alcohol and any shopping sprees you go on!
What do I need to pack? 👉🏽
A full packing list will be sent to you once you’ve registered for a trip..
Do people come alone? I’d like to come by myself but am worried I’ll be the only ‘single’ one there? 👉🏽
They sure do! We understand that it can be nerve racking to try new things, especially when you’re on your own, but we promise you won’t regret it (in fact, some of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had have been when we were flying solo!)
There will be lots of wicked like-minded people for you to get to know once the trip starts too!
I’m not very fit - is that okay? 👉🏽
It sure is! The exercise sessions will be tailored to all fitness levels!
What are the sleeping arrangements like? 👉🏽
There will be private and shared rooms available. If you’re travelling alone and choose a shared room, you’ll be paired with someone of the same gender.
Can you cater to food preferences and intolerances? 👉🏽
We sure can!
Do I have to participate in everything? 👉🏽
No, but if there’s something you don’t want to participate in we’d encourage you to ask yourself why. If it’s because it’s new and feels uncomfortable we’d suggest that you get out of your comfort zone and give it a go anyway. At the end of the day though, what you choose to participate in is entirely up to you - no judgement or pressure!
Is the trip alcohol free? 👉🏽
No, but it’s also not a party trip!
The whole personal development side of things is new to me and to be honest, a bit terrifying! Will I fit in? 👉🏽
You sure will! Our trips are for newbie and veteran personal developers! Although Ant, the Founder of MINDFIT Adventures is now obsessed with personal development, there was a time when it wasn’t a part of his life at all. The reason he incorporated personal development sessions into his trips was because it had such a profound impact on his life. You don’t need to have had any prior exposure and you can take things at your own pace.
Do you offer any support after the trip? 👉🏽
We do! Unlike other group travel companies that will ‘love you and leave you’, you will stay connected with Ant and your fellow adventurers after your trip, via a private group chat. In this space you’ll be able to share your reintegration stories, celebrate your wins and seek support. The groups are a great way to deepen your learnings, stay connected to your purpose and maintain your happiness after your trip.
